Return and Refund Policy
The return window at Spart Craft is 30 days from the delivery date, with no restocking fee.
How to start a return
- Email [email protected] with the order number. We will confirm the address and tell you whether the item needs any particular packing.
- Pack the item as it arrived, including any case, insert or instruction card.
- Send it to the address we confirm, and keep the postage receipt until the refund lands.
- We check the item in, then raise the refund.
What we can accept
Please return items unused and in their original packaging. We do not accept opened consumable or hygiene stock for obvious reasons.

Who pays the postage
Postage back to us is the customer cost except where the item is faulty or was not what the order said.
When the money arrives
Once we have the item back the refund is raised within three to five business days, to the same card or account.
