-
Who is responsible
The data controller is Spart Craft, 84-26 37th Ave, Jackson Heights, NY 11372. Questions go to [email protected].
-
What Spart Craft collects
Name, delivery address, email address and phone number when you place an order; the contents of that order; and the standard server log entries every website receives. Spart Craft does not collect card numbers – those go straight to the payment provider.
-
Why Spart Craft holds it
To pick the order, print the label, answer a question about it later, and meet United States tax record-keeping rules.
-
Who else sees it
The carrier gets the delivery address. The payment provider gets what it needs to take payment. Nobody else receives customer data from Spart Craft, and it is never sold.
-
Cookies
The store uses cookies to keep a cart together between pages and to keep you signed in. Spart Craft does not run advertising trackers on spartcraft.shop.
-
How long it is kept
Order records are kept as long as United States tax rules require. Anything not tied to an order is deleted when you ask [email protected] to delete it.
-
