Cancellation Policy

Cancel any time before we hand the parcel over and there is nothing to pay.

The window

• Order placed. It joins the queue at the 84-26 37th Ave counter and can be cancelled instantly.
• Being packed. Still cancellable – call +1 718-406-9444 and we will stop it.
• Handed to the carrier. No longer cancellable; Spart Craft handles it as a return instead.

How to cancel

To cancel, email [email protected]. During opening hours a call to +1 718-406-9444 will reach us sooner.

If it has already shipped

Where the parcel is already with the carrier, refusing delivery is the simplest option and costs you nothing.

Cancellations by us

Spart Craft cancels an order itself only when an item turns out to be short on the Jackson Heights shelf or the delivery address cannot be reached. In either case we email you first and refund in full within 3-5 business days.
